Shipping rates and delivery times
- UK: £2.99 or FREE when you spend £30 or more. Delivery usually takes 3–4 working days after dispatch via Evri.
- International: shipped via DHL. Charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to you.
Returns and return shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 7 days.
Lost or damaged parcels If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at fredandlilyhomefragrance@outlook.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
Customs and import duties (international orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country. These are not included in the order total.
